On Wednesday, January 27, at 7:00 pm, the College Counseling Office is excited to host best-selling authors and Higher Education national experts Jacques Steinberg and Eric Furda. In a continuation of our Wednesday night College Counseling Panel Series, we are thrilled to introduce these two leaders to the Emery/Weiner community and have a candid conversation about their newest book, The College Conversation: A Practical Companion for Parents to Guide their Children Along the Path to Higher Education (Viking Press). It is a masterful book informed by their many years of experience in Higher Education. Mr. Steinberg is a former New York Times education journalist and the New York Times bestselling author of You Are an Ironman and The Gatekeepers. Eric Furda is the recently retired Dean of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) and former Executive Director of Admissions at Columbia University (New York City).
